Choosing the right learning community is a deeply personal decision — and we’re honored that you’re considering Haywood Haven. Our admissions process begins with a simple conversation. We want to get to know your family, hear your hopes for your child’s education, and discern together whether Haywood Haven’s Christ-centered, mastery-based model is the best fit.
At Haywood Haven, parents are partners in learning, not bystanders. Our goal is to walk alongside families who share our commitment to discipleship, purpose-driven education, and joyful, community-rooted learning.
How the Process Works
1. Submit an Inquiry Form
Tell us about your family, your child, and what you’re looking for in education. This helps us understand how we might best serve you.
2. Schedule a Visit & Conversation
After receiving your inquiry, we’ll reach out to schedule a campus visit and family meeting. You’ll tour our classrooms, meet teachers, and see our community in action.
3. Apply & Assessment (by Invitation)
If we believe Haywood Haven may be a good fit, we’ll invite you to complete a short application and pay the $175 non-refundable application fee (applied to registration if accepted). We’ll then schedule your child for an academic assessment and placement review.
4. Family Fit Decision
Once we’ve reviewed your child’s assessment and learning profile, our leadership team will prayerfully decide whether Haywood Haven is the right environment for your student’s needs and your family’s goals.
5. Enrollment & Orientation
Accepted families will receive an enrollment packet, select classes, and join us for orientation before the first day of class!
