Haywood Haven is a partnership-based model, and honesty is essential to that partnership.
Please answer every question truthfully and thoroughly.
Our enrollment process includes several steps and depends on the level of support you’re requesting. If you’d like to enroll your student for core academic classes (math and language arts), the process is as follows:
- Submit an Inquiry Form
- The leadership team reviews your form to determine potential fit
- Site visit & family interview (by invitation)
- Family application & child(ren)’s assessments (by invitation and only for core academic applicants). A $175 non-refundable application fee is due at this time.
- Fit and placement decision
- Enrollment & orientation (by invitation)
If you’re interested in secondary core classes (history/science), electives, or summer camp, the process is as follows:
- Submit an inquiry form.
- Follow-up call or invitation for a site visit.
- Invitation to register if accepted. A $75 registration fee is due per family.
If it becomes clear that a parent has not been forthright on this form, it will directly affect our willingness to enroll their child(ren). Strong parent partnership and open communication are vital to our program.
