Haywood Haven Preschool is a Christ-centered early childhood ministry, not a childcare facility. Our enrollment process is a deliberate one because we want every family to begin with confidence that this is the right fit. This form is the first step in that conversation.

Our enrollment process includes several steps and depends on the level of support you’re requesting. If you’d like to enroll your student for core academic classes (math and language arts), the process is as follows:

1. Submit an Inquiry Form: Answer every question honestly and thoroughly. The information you share here guides the conversation that follows.

2. Phone Call with the Directory: We will reach out within a few business days to schedule a phone call with our Director to learn more about your family.

3. Campus Visit and Family Interview: Families who are a strong fit are invited to visit our campus and complete an in-person family interview with the Director.

4. Enrollment and First Day: Accepted families complete enrollment documents, pay the registration fee and deposit, and set up their Haywood Haven app before the first day.

What We Need to See Before Day One

Not every child is ready for a group program at three or four, and that is not a judgment on the child. It is simply honest. We want every child who comes through our door to succeed, which means we only enroll children who are genuinely ready for what we offer.
