When and where is the BBQ Fundraiser?
Saturday, November 7, 2026. Drive-thru pickup runs from 2:00 to 6:00 PM at Providence Church, 1400 Old Clyde Road, Clyde, NC. Come anytime during those hours to pick up your order.
How much is a plate, and what comes with it?
Each plate is $12 and includes pulled BBQ pork, baked beans, coleslaw, and dessert.
Do I need to buy plates ahead of time?
Yes. Plates must be purchased in advance, either online or directly from a Haywood Haven family.
Can I donate without buying a plate?
Yes. You can give any amount without ordering a meal, or add a donation to your plate order when you buy online.
What does the money support?
Teacher training, classroom supplies and resources, enrichment activities, and program resources at Haywood Haven. Our goal is $5,000.

What is Haywood Haven?
Haywood Haven is a Christ-centered, mastery-based educational community that partners with homeschool families in Haywood County.
Our students spend three days each week learning together in small classes where teachers can know them well, meet them at their current level, and help them build the skills they need to move forward. A Fourth Day of learning at home keeps parents actively involved in their child's education and makes homeschooling an important part of our model.
We believe education is about more than completing assignments or moving from one grade to the next.
Every child is God's masterpiece, created with purpose.
We want our students to grow academically while also learning to take ownership, serve others, build strong relationships, and use their God-given gifts well. That's why we exist. And that's what your support helps us continue to build.
